• The item has not been used
• The item will be sent back to the company's address at the buyer's expense
• Each mvhr unit must be sent in the same packaging as it was sent.
• We do not accept returns on products made to order or modified upon request.
• Shipping cost is non-refundable.
• Refund in the same form as payment.
